With out more pictures showing opposite side and edges it looks like a rock in triangle shape not an artifact. There was little use for a point twice the size of the human foot. Everything in picture says natural breaks.

Well..... no one would be throwing THAT spear-point. And so that leave tool. Heavy digging tool. Heavy, sharp digging tool with little to no hafting area- and too sharp all around to hold in the hands w/o hurting yourself. Mother Nature is quite something, no??!!!
