Well haven't been on this site a lot over the past few weeks with vacation and housework, but here are the finds from yesterday where I got my 1797 Spanish Reale last fall. As you can see they range from all ages, from the spear point made into a scrapper to the 50 cent silver piece in which I first was another Spanish coin. Found the military right on the surface of the tilled filed, not as old as I hope but a keeper nonetheless. A very neat piece is the lead domino piece... The last coin I was able to ID as a Sir Issac Brock 1816.

Glad to see you making some nice finds!
It's just fun to be digging holes and making discoveries; your site sure does span the ages.
I like the lead domino

I think any 50 cent piece makes for a good hunt, (plus another silver to boot no less)
Glad to see you get out.
I got a half dollar 2 hunts ago.

That's a great Early Canadian cent you found. I'm still awaiting my first Canadian Largie. Found a Vicky fishscale like the one you found, but that's about it.

Also great 50C!

Excellent find! Thanks for sharing!

A great variety of Canadian coinage.I have never found a Canadian 50 c. piece, and the cent is an early issue.

Glad I could make it out for the afternoon, some interesting stuff showed up. Just need another plowing at that site because we covered nearly all of it yet again haha!

Love the coins, but that lead domino is IT! First one I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing.
