OK, yes, I'm still looking for the $370,000 ring.

I still didn't find it, so you can let out your breath now.

There were a couple of other guys water hunting from St. Cloud, can't remember their handles, hopefully, they will reply.

Water was a little rough, started way out past waist high water and didn't get any signals. Moved in closer to the shore and found one pocket that had about 5 targets.

One of the targets was this ring. It has the numbers 1951 on the front and an inscription inside. I'm not showing the inscription so I can try and find the owner.

Found this ring right where the sand starts to dip down to the deeper water near shore.

Also found this interesting earring. It has some substantial weight to it, but I can't find any markings.

Thanks, Jack

I was one of those guys and looks to me the PI takes the Gold today. :icon_thumright:

That sure looks like a 1951 High School Ring you pulled out there. I have pulled some even older stuff outta those holes theat we were Hunting.

Glad you got the gold cause we got the mumbles.

OK guys quit your mumbling.... as they keep telling me ...... at least you got out to hunt and it was a great day. ::)

WTG on the school ring - nice find!

JackInFlorida congrats on the rings.......

(As to the other two SCHOUNDRALS, Hmmmm, went to Daytona and didn't even let me know you would be there....I see how it is :nono:......)

congrats on the rings, and I hope you find the owner of the class ring.

That's just "Wrong" 8) :icon_pirat:

Long weekend turned out to be a last minute Hunt..Literally.. Well, It did take us 2 hrs to get there..
You sucked up all the Gold from the beach anyways.. :tongue3:

We love ya Man !!!

LOL ;D Had to yank your chain a little....I had company Sunday, couldn't have gone anyway....

Maybe we meet up sometime Jack, I'm in NW Orlando.

That is an amazing find. Great proof that the old stuff is still accessible in shallow surf. We need that to remind us every now and then. That ring has obviously been there for a while.

Great job.

The person I was pointed to at the ring manufacturer is on vacation. So it will be a week or two before I get any feedback.

Congratulations on hunting for that mega dollar ring. I'd much rather prefer my odds on finding a ring of that magnitude than playing the lottery....
