Hunting horn?

Hello, I found this at goodwill for a couple bucks yesterday. I've​ seen enough hobby lobby made in India stuff, but this one looks like the real deal. Appears to be hand-worked and high quality brass. Inside shows heavy oxidation while outside appears polished. It appears late 19th - early 20th century to me.

Im not so sure. The seams are not finished like I would expect in an early piece.
