After returning from my Pa dirt hunting expedition, I was looking forward to getting some beach time as this week has the lowest tides of the month. Didn't find a whole lot of "great" stuff but did have a plethora of targets in and around the rocks. Tide was really low and i was able to move about pretty easily. Wind and waves picked up more when I got there and the temperature dropped a bit but it was still a good time. Stated at Max's "Cave of Edmond Dante" and did see another hunter a block or so down...we waved but I couldn't see who it was. They were swinging an Excal II and It may have been the Guru but I wasn't sure. I also ran into a gentleman from the Tidewater Coin and Relic Club who spoke with me briefly on the beach and invited me to one of their meetings. May have to check that out!

From the "cave". Pretty bleak, Edmond must have locked everything up and not let any slip out!

The rest came from the rocks. A few pieces of "grey matter" as usual and one big whopper as well!

No hunting today, rain, wind, waves. Bad combo. Hope tomorrow is better!

Nice "Gray Matter" :laughing7:

I love finding Lead

vbmax just said he sold some on ebay. Guess people want them to either melt or display in the case of the older crustier ones! May have to look into that soon as the large container I have them all in is almost full. May need a 5 gal bucket! Already have one of those FULL of aluminum scap, slag and pulltabs!

Kewl lead there DocBeav! Always make me feel good to have removed some lead from the environment.
