I am new to gold dredging in creeks.

I live in Hilton ny and was thinking about buying a 2" gold dredge. I am thinking about using the gold dredger behind tops in the creek, but I don't want to get in trouble for using the gold dredger. If you know if it's safe to use behind a business like tops or by apartments. Please let me know. Thanks.

Maybe try some panning first to see if there's any color before investing in more expensive equipment? Sounds like you'll be on private property without permission...
