I can't believe what I dug up today !!!!
I dug up a full MAMMOTH
. Well a very little Mammoth . I got out this morning for one hunt this weekend . I hunted two schools for around three hours total . Not much found but I did manage one piece of silver 
. It's a sterling ear ring marked 925 . I also thought I had gold , NOT ! 
. It's just a gold plated chain . One other cool find was a tiny sliver of a wheat cent that was 5 inches deep and came in as a +72 . I almost couldn't hear it , very tiny high tone . Total clad was $11.86 .
