Take off a tiny piece, like with a set of wire cutters or such and see if it will crush. What state are you in? The geology makes all the difference in the world.

i live in Washington state, i removed most unwanted oar with a highpowered torch.. with steel being a higher melt point it just blows away in the wind

Is it gold?

my 22k acid said gold,,,later that evening i found a 10g nugget. im off to hunt, i know this land holds many treasures, wish me luck, ill post what i find

King and Kittitas counties in Washington State have gold deposits.

Looks like mica or chalcopyrite. Would you mind sending a picture of the nugget you found?

Unless evidence of research and testing is provided, this is more click bait. OP, will you provide more credible information? Thanks.

aj

Just put OP on my ignore list.

I know a spot up next to the Moffett Tunnel where you can load up a truck with all that stuff you would like to carry.

If Au, it's not very pure. You know it's Au when you see it; if you're not sure, it probably isn't.
