I couldn't believe I found a singletree!

I have found the ends of a singletree before but I never found an almost complete set up! When I was digging it up and got my hand around it, I thought for sure it was a gun!

I was only disappointed for a moment, I would have rather have found a gun, but I was pleased. I also found a partial gas can, 3 pepsi bottles, an old file and a few things I have no idea what they are.

Thanks for looking!
Cindy

The round iron piece by the end of the Whipple tree, or singletree look like a Buggy hub for wood spoke wheels. Under it, that piece looks like an old up draft carburetor.
I can not see them that well, that would be my guess.
Love the Rustic farm stuff.
Nice Finds

Great find! Hopefully you will find the missing end at your next outing. They do make good displays.

I was hoping to find the ox! LOL I actually found a piece like the end piece about a month ago, so I think I may be all set!

Thank you Kevin, the old farm stuff is rather cool, I have learned a lot by finding things and posting them on here, things like, " Whipple tree, or singletree" never heard of them before!
