It's a nice flask. I just saw a half pint amber listed on fleabay for about $25.00. Being yours is a full pint, it's worth that and maybe a little more. I can't find a link that tells the history on this company but I've seen references dating the existence from around 1885-1915

New York City directory has them at 30 water st in 1898, and at 90 water st in 1918. That's a nice flask.

Thanks guys. I saw the half pint on the flea bay but it's the only other one I could find. Another question would be would this of had a glass stopper?

Nice flask, RelicDude! I love the stretching/bubbling going on in the neck.

I'm glad I kept it I like how it's footed. And it's it different then the clear warranted strap sides I find everywhere.

I don't believe so. Usually see them on whiskey's with inside threads

Nice flask ! Congrats . it sure could have had a flat glass stopper with a cork around the shaft. Your story reminded me of the little Amber bottle I brought home, and it took me a week to realize there was a skull and crossbones on it !

I only ask because inside the neck there's an odd lip.

It probably had one like this with the cork around the shaft , the cork rested on the lip inside the neck.PPC

Sorry ! here's the pic. Your bottle most likely had one like this.
