I found this one in a fab CW site. It has been in my truck for weeks. It looks just like yours KirkTN...(is the TN for Tennessee?...I am in Tennessee)...I will post more finds later today from that same site

I'm gonna have to go a searching...there's one of those around the farm somewhere. I believe it's a thingamajig that attached to a plow...1 horse/1oxen plow. If it's hooked on the right side, it would do the plowing at a more angle. Y'all got what I'm saying? I could be wrong, please chime in and correct me.

It is a part from a horse or mule drawn plow. These pieces attached to the wood beam on the plow allowing a clevis from the single or doubletree to be attached at different angles. I have found a few before. Continued luck!
