Is this a Incan, Aztec or Myan clay sculpture?

I found this guy while cleaning my deceased mothers house out...... It's roughly four inches tall. There was a page out of a book with it that shows a village scene showing a celebration. I will scan that pic as soon as I can, but I think its a pretty clean pic. Thank you for any information anyone may have. Kharmicbassist
