After fussing around the house all am, finally took the plunge in the snow flurries and headed to the local beach. By local, it's 79 miles away. A few other folks were there. Fortunately the wind wasn't kicking. Went to one area most people don't detect and all I could hear was foil. I heard this animal noise and rumpus behind me and saw a red fox screeching in anger as he couldn't catch that mockingbird.
I drove to another piece of beach, and saw some sea ducks. I'm not sure which ones. Scaup maybe. Anyway, I was just running away from home, so detected until I got a coin and left. A Zincoln.
