I HAVE A GUN!!

When i was down in North Carolina metal detecting i discovered this gun. It is a percussion. Very heavy so i dont think its a toy. It has a knurl metal grip. Barely see what looks like a logo on the side. And it is about the size of a deringer. This is about all the info i can give you. PLEASE HELP ME!! It atleast looks old.

Cliff, I have found a TON of guns. Only two and a half real ones though. I have never seen a real gun with metal grips.

Not going as far as to say they do not exist, I just have never seen one.

I agree 100%. But i have never felt a toy gun with the weight that this one has. Nor it being built as solid as this one. Also they are usually built out of pot metal and not steel. But i could be wrong thus the reason i am placing it before you to educate me.

There are cast iron toy guns, too. Probably what this is.

Circled one was made in 1901. Cast iron



Top two on left are real. Top one on right is a pellet gun.
