Hey everybody, I hope someone can give me some help identifying a couple of lead seals I found at a 1890's home.

It looks like they say "STANDARD"? I am assuming that it went on a bag of meal or flour? I'm not really sure. I've never found one like this. Surely one of you guys have dug one up before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
