I need Your Help Identify These Fish Things

Hi and hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I have two of these metal fish with chains at top and bottom. There are little screw things on the piece that not sure what they do. They are made on a tin like material. Not sure what these are. They seem vintage. What is your thought. Thank you in advance.

Looks like they are molds for making fishing lures? Do they separate in half?

Hi thanks for commenting. They do not seperate they are 7 inches long excluding the chains. When you unscrew the knobs on the sides the little metal pieces inside come out.

It's called a"rain chain"
They are used for downspouts on gutter sometimes
