I got back a couple days ago from visiting an old buddy who works for the NPS, restoring our nation's Civil War Monuments.
While he was working, I was hunting. The best finds were an odd 1/2 a bullet, cut lengthwise I have no idea how, or shaved?
Also 2 silver quarters, 1940 & 1941, and a nifty 1943 nickel. The token was very cool too. "Nashville Coach Co." on one side.
On the other "good for one school fare". I like the "N" in the middle. 64 lincolns, 1 canadian, 9 wheat cents, 21 clad quarters and 33 dimes...
