I went back to one of my parks for a brief, after work hunt. The pickin's were slim for the most part; the usual clad, zincoln's and trash.
I got an unusual bouncy hit and although I was hoping for more gold, it was not to be tonight. However, I did dig ring number 40; a milestone .
It's a junker and it's bent to hell but I did get the moon and the stars....:

I could have done worse for my 40th ring so I'm cool with it. It's one more junker out of the way toward my next real one.
Then, once again there was the usual clad, another "no cash value" token with the eagle and shield, another key, a button, another spring loaded key ring thing and a piece of mystery metal.

The oldest coin was a 1959 penny. Oh well. We'll get 'em next time (I hope).
That's pretty much it. Another day; another pocket full of metal.
Thanks for lookin' and Happy Hunting to all.
