Just as the sun was getting low last night, the rays lit this baby up like a Christmas tree. Laying right on top of gravel, Lightning Creek, SE Kansas. Could have been a contender!

I would be crying too after seeing a basal fragment like that with oblique flaking. However, you have to have some satisfaction in recovering a piece such as that instead of going home empty handed!
