Happy Sunday all 
I went back to that reservoir/quarry area and spend hours crawling around and looking hard at all the solid mud/clay wash-out areas, like where I found that last guy.
I found these two! I didn't have my camera (wasn't paying attention, and it lost its charge)
One is a very nice and very clear quartz piece- broken (I'm fine with that) and the other looks very much like a broken lavanna style triangle. Both found by looking very closely to every edge of quartz I could see embedded in the hard mud/clay bank!
Pleased with both, but fear there won't be any more till the spring floods wash and erode more of that mudpack. I'll have to find something else to look for(!)
