found this at the local park today it has markings looks like -no o3 and 3 marked dimonds any help aprechiated thanks for looking ive added the revers side im wondeering the best way to clean

At a glance I would think your's is made of cast brass or bronze.

It´s a crotal bell, regular find in the UK

It´s a crotal bell, regular find in the UK

unfortuntley the ball seams to be missing the reverse of the bel is realy dirty would u guys clean this if so how ?

As you said not a regular Crotal/Rumbler Bell.

No need to clean it, as it looks very clean already.

Not got much age to it (100 years max)
