Hi I'm from Chihuahua, Mexico, yesterday i found this relic , not is a button , looks like a plate.

Anyone can help to ID ?

It's an early 1900's - WWI U.S. cavalry "Great Seal" horse bridle rosette.

Very nice indeed, but more importantly is how it got down there- No doubt it found its way into Mexico with Black Jack Pershing while Chasing Poncho Villa. Lt. George Patton was also along for the ride, among others. where ever you found it, I would keep looking.
 
That is a nice find. I would love to find something like that.
