Please help I'd this. All I know is that she said she thinks it was found off the coast of Puerto Rico by drivers and than acquired by a rich private collect who had a large collect of simulator objects, the private collector died and the collection broken up where the now owners late husband acquired it. That's really all I know. She did say two local university archies told her it was authentic but to me my guts telling me it almost too prefect. Please I really need some help on this! The lady is now really hurting for money. oh she said she had it for bout 20 years.

It looks old to me. Just look up pottery of prehistoric native Puerto Ricans and you might see something similar that matches. I've seen the double pot style before, but I am not familiar with pottery from that region.
