Identification help on cobs

I bought about 50 of these coins a few years ago on eBay and was wondering if anyone could help me with them. I cleaned them some but I didn't want to overdo it. I have added two pics one of each side of the coins. These are some I picked out because they all look to have counterstrikes on them. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
