Possible ancient coin or militarty item. Any help is appreciated, thanks
Hope to see all at the show in tyler. I think it has the letters UD, and a slanted line underneath the letters.

I am posting another pic, hope you can see this one better, I had a tip yesterday that it might be a old hacienda token. Still don't have anything concrete

This past weekend it took this item to the Tyler convention. It was identifyed as a button. The letters on the fron are U D J (J- stands for jalisco) this tells us that it a mexican button. The time period was early 1800's. We still don't know what the U D stands for but being a mexican button makes sence. I have doug an early mexican military button at the same site as a spanish buckle. Both items also date early 1800's.
