If i have a Minelab Vanquish 540 should i get a Minelab Equinox 600 is it worth it is it any better than the Vanquish 540 in what way does it go any deeper or perform any better in any way?

It really depends on what you want to do. If it were me I'd try another brand for a 2nd machine. There is quite of bit of stuff out there to choose from. I like to mix it up a little, one brand seems to have too many machines alike. Or sell the one you have, get the 600 and then some other kind as a backup.
