IH Penny and Sterling tag.

I went to a site of an 1800's home today that I detected a few years ago with my Tesoro. I now have an AT Pro and found a couple cool items I missed the first time. A nice IH penny and a little engraved sterling silver tag. Also found some keys, ammo shells, and other whatsits, a neat piece of blue glass with colors on it. I wish I knew what it was from. The dog bone shaped object is lead and has some letters on it from left to right " ELL _______LE" Any ideas about that are welcome.

I found a real similar tag almost just like yours a few weeks ago..says sterling on the back with initials on the front..its on the left in these pics
