Being a realtor really helps. I had a buddy that used to get me some permissions from him being a realtor. There’s loads of old homes going up for sale around me, plus make sure if you’re still a realtor to check over the property, you may find another old homesite in woods, or even cellar holes. I’ve found two of them near a new home built near the old home place back out in the woods.
