A) He's from Texas but went on a "trip" B) the type of artifacts he found (yes bean, these are real artifacts, take a look at them) are types most typically associated with texas. You are all but brain dead aren't you beano? You wouldn't know what a pedernalles was if it landed on your face and flopped around for ten minutes.
