It Appears To Be Stone Its Risen On One Side And Flat On Other Side!!! Correct Me If Im Wrong.

Sorry not an artifact, It's either a piece of strange shaped gravel or what some call a geofact
We call them Indian sex stones......................HH

It's not an artifact. What you want to look for are the little concave areas where the flakes have been removed in order to shape the point. Note the photo and not just the shape of the points, but the surface where they have been worked.
