Just a rock im afraid. With no notable worked spots it kinda tells it all
 

I have to agree that it is just a rock. I see no areas that have been worked. better luck next time....

Sorry not an artifact, It's either a piece of strange shaped gravel or what some call a geofact

It's not an artifact. What you want to look for are the little concave areas where the flakes have been removed in order to shape the point. Note the photo and not just the shape of the points, but the surface where they have been worked.

It could have been used by a not so bright of the bunch Indian hunter, you never know.
