It's neat how most of those micrometeorite blasts on the fossils look like what we call patina under magnification.

I don't doubt they are meteorite signatures, but it makes me wonder what we don't know about patina on stone artifacts.

I have found some things that look like they were blasted with the spray off a welder??
I now wonder if this is from that event? Mostly old stuff. One is a cobbs or old knife if I remember right.
