Took the Nox on a trip off the Cape to park in an old town in our neighboring state of RI, a place I've hit a few times with excellent results- today would be no different. Lots of pennies, 3 Indians, including a semi-key 1872, along with 1865 & 1879, a dozen wheats, only 3 newer than 1927 but no early MM's or better dates and a 1945-S War nickel. Added a close up of the obverse of the better date Indians. Also had a nice signal that turned out to be a cross, but it came out of the ground without the Jesus figurine- probed the hole before filling, got another signal and sure enough, the figurine- very cool.

The 1872 Indian, in non-dug condition, is worth about $400 or more in the shape the obverse of this one is in, but unfortunately the reverse isn't nearly as nice. Oh well, I'm very happy with it. Enjoy the pics and HH All!

Very!!! Congrats!!!

Awesome bunch of coins!

Killer stuff! I love Indians. Even better when they are old and rare. Keep up the good work!

Reviewing the coins, I believe the 1872 has a cud on the face. Could be more (or less) valuable.

Outstanding hunt Jeff....:occasion14:

Thanks Tony! Don't know how I missed these with the SE, but I'm glad the Nox sniffed them out, cuz that 72 is a beaut! Hopefully this crap gets out of here soon and we can hook up in the spring! Be safe my friend..
