Search "pipestone ceremonial pipes"

Looked some up and there is quite a resemblance to yours as far as the size.

They run about $300.00 for REPRODUCTIONS.

You may have lots of wampum there.

Is there a second hole in it to allow it to be smoked? Apparently so but I was curious. Great find if it's what it appears to be. Might be a great spot for arrowheads!

That's a beauty, and a museum piece. A rare find, and in great condition. Your friend was very lucky, that's a great addition to any collection.
