Mission accomplished. Indian head cents #999 and 1,000 dug today. Took a couple of hours in the shade of the State Capital but finally got the job done. Two God awful signals, both masked by iron nails. First dug an 1898 for #999 and about 1/2 hour later, in the same section of the park #1,000 surfaced. Glad to get that over with. Threw in a photo on #1 dug over 32 1/2 years ago.
