✅ SOLVED Indian Head coin/token with 13 stars

Thought I dug an IHP today, but when I got home and cleaned it I could see 13 stars above the Indian.
It's about the same size as an IHP. The coin/token is pretty beat but I cleaned it the best I could saving details.
I can't quite read the date, but on the reverse I think I can read "West Liberty Wooster O".
Coin was found about 30 miles from Wooster, Ohio and West Liberty is a main road there.

Anybody know what it is?
