Visited NH and on a short hunt found lots of junk metal and one nice Indian Head penny. It turns out that over a million were minted..but I am still happy to find it. Does it ever get old? hohum? Not for me yet!

Nice save! Indians never get old, they just corrode away!

That is sure a nice example. It is always a thrill when one pops out of the ground. I always wonder if it will be a rare one. Nice find!

LOL I meant does the thrill of the find ever get old....not the coin itself as that gets older every day LOL. Thanks for looking.

never gets old you git that right good job!!!!!!!

What does get old is not finding them. Haven't touched an IH in a few years.

Stop talking about getting old!! You're making me self conscious!! :laughing7:

Finding one IHP like that makes diggin' up the trash worth the time and effort........great find!!

Very nice condition, congratulations! :occasion14:

111 years old!

Being a smart a** aside, I never get tired of finding Indians.

It never gets old for me, and I've been detecting for 30 years. Still like to see an Indian come out of the ground, (although a Large Cent is a little more exciting for me) ! Very nice find for you. That Indian is in great shape.

It's a very nice example!
