Indian, spoon and buckles!

The weather has been picture perfect fall. I love getting out. I don't find a lot of full bullets. This one looks like someone tried to take it apart. The spoon is from the Antlers Cafe that only opened for a year here in Victor in 1915. I will donate it to the local museum. Must have been bad food. Does anyone know what the folded piece with chain is? The Indian is 1898 a popular date for me. Thanks for looking, have a great day!!!!
