✅ SOLVED Info needed on dug old compact with elephant hallmark

Would like to try and find out about this compact found around Lake Tawakoni.

It has a hallmark on the bottom in the shape of an elephant. Still has the mirror inside. On the top, I can still kind of see some wavy lines that were I guess decoration.

Would like to find out what year its from and what the elephant means.

Any help would be great.
