Ink pen found in a parking lot

I found this after I parked in a large parking lot and got out to go where I was going. It's a pretty highly machined pen. It says on it Blank Forces and I thought that had to be some fancy give away from some company?, cuz we give away cheap plastic pens and nothing this refined. I looked up Blank Forces online... https://www.blankforces.com and found they are the ones who manufacturer this fancy pen and they sell this X1 model for over $70.00 a pen. Dang thing is, its missing the cap. Maybe I'll ask Blank Forces what a new cap would cost?
