inlaws skeleton key found in bottom of box

My Buddy Brought in this key at work and was wondering If I knew anything about it. it says SPCOCS-4 S , and is unusually larger then what I would imagine for a regular Skeleton key thanks. Looks like its made out of brass. the back says adlake.
