Not sure the purpose, kinda figure VPNAVY has it with leather punch, but was gonna say that there is several Inman towns in different states.

Could be a soft metal punch also. Used them making keys. Everything from DO NOT DUPLICATE to box front keys, to serialized door/access keys..to name a few. Very easy punching brass, aluminum, mild steel, etc.

Also for putting your name on tools. I inherited a bunch of tools from a mechanic that had his name stamped on them.
