Found the point and the odd shaped rock in the same field about 20 feet from each other. The rock is the exact same shape all the way around. I can't imagine any use for it, but the shape just really struck me as odd. If it's nothing but a rock then I'm OK with that, haha.

Nice point find, I would say the rock was used by
native Americans also,

Here's your photo with a couple of things circled. Do you know what they are? Just curious.
Is #1 just a piece of twig? Is #2 a piece of a point? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they were just random rocks. I investigate basically everything that could even remotely look like it has been worked, every piece of flint, etc.
 

Nice finds! Usually, those round rocks were used as hammerstones. You can tell by looking for the peck and abraision marks on the stone.
