🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Interesting bottle

Found this bottle yesterday
Has a seam down both sides with a ceramic top covered and heavy foil/10 ceramic top has a hole down the center.
I believe there is part of the ceramic Inside the bottle might have been pushed through.
Maybe for a wick?

My first instinct tells me that it might be a seltzer bottle with a broken spray spout, but I may be totally wrong on that. Just a guess.

Probably a bar accessory and part of a set for pouring liqueur. You remove the factory cap and replace it with this pouring spout.
