Interesting Find

Here is a Piggy Bank I found today. Minimal damage, half of one foot is broken off, and one of the ears has a small chip. Otherwise complete! Says something on the bottom but I can't make out what it is.

there is one word that starts with an A....very hard to make out...will have to look more at it and try to figure out.
