Interesting Garlic Bread

I was going to make garlic bread the other night and saw I was out of garlic powder So I looked for the next best thing and that was Adobo with pepper. Adobo really bought out some interesting tastes since it is made with garlic, salt, tumeric, oregano, black pepper and other spices. The only drawback is that it contains MSG

I just may go through all my spices and make my own blend without the salt and MSG and try that out next time

Why not just fry up some crushed garlic in butter and brush the mixture on sliced sourdough bread and place into a hot skillet...

MSG is not listed as an ingredient on my Goya brand bottle. They have a light version that has 50% less salt.
