Interesting item found at the ole Plantation location

I am not sure what this is. It is a thinner metal, unlike a coin. If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear some opinions.

looks like a crude imitation of a coin !

I think I remember seeing some snuff can lids like that. They had all kinds, including a lot of US coin faces as well. . .

Thanks for the comments. I, too, see the face. There are also 3 dots, perhaps stars, in front of and above her face
