Went out for a short hunt this Sunday and my second target was an iPhone! The battery was dead, but otherwise in great condition being 3" under the dry sand. Just got it back after a friend charged it up. It is password locked so I don't know how to find the owner. May have to take it to an Apple store and see what they can do.
Otherwise I got 4 crusty zinc pennies and a nickle for my trouble. At least I didn't have to pay for parking!
