I don't think it has. it isn't a lashing winch, fence stretcher, or any of the above.

Actually it is not .. It is a chain sprocket off of a piece of old farm equipment.

No.. I didn't miss it .. and no .. not the same function at all. One is a ratcheting mechanism.. the other is a chain sprocket. Do you know the difference?
