The first one looks like a decorative piece that would have been painted.
I have no gues on the second.

It's waaaay too hot outside now but I will hit them with a wire brush and post some better pic's with size references in them.

The thing with all the holes in it looks like part of a meat /sausage grinder . Size reference would be good .

Second item looks alot like a revolving cylinder from a cap gun.
