Found this coin by sheer luck in a pocket of coat bought at thrift shop. Looks old but can't tell if it's real. What do y'all think?

If that's real it could be worth alot. Looks like a old roman coin very old.

Test it see if it sticks to a magnet if it doesn't acid test it or take it to a pawn shop and they'll test it

nice find
i would take it to a coin shop before a pawn shop
there cheesy,:laughing7:
coin shop will let you know more and also read their face when you bring it out and again when they test it
that will tell you something
trust not the stores
good luck

it does look like copy under the scope
where don said

I have several copy ancient coins that have the same patination patterns as your coin, so I'm in the conjecture of it being a copy as well.

It does say copy on side so guess not old just made to look that way - I don't have that "lucky" gene anyway hahahaha. What is purpose of "copy" coin anyway? Just curious thanks for help.

Be sweet if it was though
